 * Using the Download Monitor extension CSV Importer/Exporter is it possible to 
   export featured images along with the rest of the data? This seems to be a missing
   feature atm.
 * Additionally is it possible to only export Published Downloads and not include
   drafts, or minimally include the status of the download?
