CSV export missing billing address

    When I go to the tools – export tab and export a CSV, the billing address fields are included but blank, even though I can see them when looking at individual donations.

    Running WP 4.7.5, Give 1.8.8. Advice?

    HI Laura,

    That sounds very unusual. I just tried to replicate that problem on a brand new install and couldn’t.

    Are you certain that you’ve cross-checked the exact same donation from the details to the export? Because the Billing fields are not required it’s common that donors simply don’t provide them.

    Please cross-check the exact same donation and let me know what you find.

    Hi Matt, thanks for your response!

    I did look at the donations detail record, and the billing address is there. I’m not sure where else to look for the problem. Clues?
