 * Can you please provide a header example for the CSV import ?
    Maybe the name 
   of the columns that are required by the plugin, if the CSV file require headers
   or something.

 * Name,”Email”
    Name,”Email” Name,”Email” …
 * Caution, do not put accents on names !
