# CSV import doesn't work

 * Hi,
    I create a few registration forms and in each form I added a few new user
   fields (such as: Mobile phone, Address, etc). I was trying to named these fields
   with unique names to pretend its mixing.
 * I’m trying to export User detail data, including these user filds, edit in Excel
   and import back into MailPoet Plugin. All the import process seems to be finished
   correctly, but no data are imported (or overwriten the old) in the user details
   profile.
 * I had current plugin version 2.6.14 (WP 4.0.1) and I tried to downgrade to 2.6.11,
   but nothing was happend. Still the same error.
 * Am I dooing something wrong?

 * That’s right! MailPoet will never update or overwrite existing subscribers. So
   if you want to re-import them with additional data, you’ll have to delete them
   first and the import again.
