    Hi lahive,

Well, I’m not sure what could be happening here, but let’s start with some questions.
    – Version of BD?
    – Version of WP?
    – Version of PHP?
    – Can you provide a sample CSV file (3 lines or less) that shows this problem?
    – What are your import settings? (Screenshot would be best, use http://imageshack.us if you need to)

    Hi,

    Version of BD – 3.3
    Version of WP – 3.8.1
    Version of PHP – 5.3.3
    Import settings: http://i.imgur.com/OGJDHhJ.jpg

Happy to send you a sample csv by mail.

The field that is throwing the issue is:
    expires_on
    2014-30-11 00:00:00

We tried swapping the day and month around with no result.

    Thanks.

    Hi lahive,

Let’s get that sample CSV. Contact me here: support [at] businessdirectoryplugin {dot) com.

Seems like the date format would be a problem based on what I see above, and we really ought to support multiple date formats (which I will now add to the list), but perhaps something else is amiss here.

    Hi Dave,

your advice to reformat the dates to all use a YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss format did the trick. Thanks for the excellent support.
