 * I know the file needs to be CSV but what order do the fields need to be in? Do
   the column heading need to be name something specific? Do you have a file format
   I can copy?
 * Mine seems to import but not populate the fields.

    Thanks for posting.
 * 1. The order of the fields (excel columns) does not matter.
 * 2. The column headings DO MATTER very much. [They are listed and described on this man page](http://shoalsummitsolutions.com/tr-csv-file-format-4-0/).
 * 3. Same CSV files (the ones I test with) are available in the plugin’s `/csv-
   examples` directory.
