    So the BD plugin is working in every aspect except the CSV Import function.

    Literally, when I click on it via the dashboard I get a blank grey screen on the right side. I have disabled ALL other plugins and themes as a conflict test, but I get the same results. I also tried turning on the Ajax conflict setting. Additionally, I turned on WP Debug but no errors result.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Jeff,

    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    First, how many records are you trying to import and how big is the CSV file?

    Second, does the import include images and how big is the ZIP file?

    Lastly, are you on shared hosting?

    Let me know and we’ll take it from there!

    Thanks for the reply.

    I want to import about 1100 records.

    No images in the upload as of yet.

    This is a dedicated VPS environment.

    Let me be clear though. I can’t get ANYTHING to show up on the CSV Import page at all. So I haven’t even been able to even TRY to upload a CSV file. See the screenshot below.

    OK, that definitely seems off. I presume this is on BD 3.6.6, yes?

    For Jeff’s issue above, there was an environmental issue. Can you tell me the answers to the questions above:

    What version of BD are you running?

    First, how many records are you trying to import and how big is the CSV file?

    Second, does the import include images and how big is the ZIP file?

    Lastly, are you on shared hosting?

    Let me know and we’ll take it from there!

    Never mind, looks like the problem is in my WP configuration. Thanks you for your prompt response though!
