 * I’m really annoyed that I just spent $30 on the CSV import add-on only to find
   that it takes longer to set it up and get it working than if I’d just added each
   event individually. Not good.
 * That being said, I’ve got it set up but it’s not working. All the fields are 
   formatted properly and exported as CSV with comma delimeters. I assume the default
   is for double quote field value delimeter?
 * I really need to get this done as soon as possible please.

 * Yes. I set up my CSV exactly as described in the instructions and in the linked
   pages for date/time fields.

 * What exactly does not work, you can not import a file? Can you please provide
   a CSV file.
