CSV Import not showing Items

Hello,
I jusst tried to import my players via csv file, however afer the import is finished I can see the entrys but not in the team I selected and there is no data, only empty files and it says no first or last names.

My excel is exportet as csv seperated ny comma. The Tables are First Name, Last Name, Age, Postition

Am I donig something wrong?
