 * Before purchasing premium version, I have tried import user functionality but
   it doesn’t work with user_pass column.
    I have tried the instruction provided
   with documentation but it’s not working Is this problem for free version or paid
   version also?

 * Yes, you can do this with either ARMember lite and ARMember pro too. For ARMember
   Lite kindly update the ARMember Lite plugin and after that, your issue will be
   solved.
