CSV only importing first 5 rows

Hello,

I’ve been struggling with the import function on The Event Calendar.

Any time I try to import a CSV file, only the first 5 rows will work and nothing else.

I have been through all your documentation on preparing the CSV correctly, as well as ensuring I follow all the steps when preparing to import (identifying columns etc). I have also tried with the test CSV file that you provide and get the same issue, just 5 rows will upload. You can see from the attached file that there is very little difference between the rows, essentially times and dates are the main variables, most other content stays the same

I saw that a previous user had a similar problem – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/csv-import-broken-in-4-9-6/. At the bottom of that tread, you suggest enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to see what errors are present. I don’t have access to the FTP for our website and the admin is in a different country (Ireland – Canada). Basically, they built us a site about 3 years ago and I’m tasked with running it.

Without access to more complex parts of the inner workings of the site, is there any hope for me finding a resolution on this and getting the import function to work, or will I just have to manually enter all of the events?
