# CTR count does not work

* Hi I was using adrotate free and then update to the current version.
I’m using
w3 total cache. Before on the same site I had quick cache but I’ve replaced it
with w3 totl cache when i read that i does not work with AD Rotate. I have the
following issue: CTR counter do not track the clicks.
* I’ve followed all the instructions found in the site and in the support forum
except the hash code (do not know what to do). BUt the plugin still does not
track any click. What I have to do? which details you need to diagnose the problema
* Links in the ads configurations are like the following

](http://www.angaincampo.it/)“
* the plugin redirect straight to the target url and seems that it does not create
any tracking url before
* What I have to do? I’ve paying advertisers that want the CTR info

* BTW I’ve purchaded the PRO version of the plugin and it still does not woriking

* I’ve reinstalled the free versione of the plugin and it seems to work.
* What is the difference between the two?
