    So, this morning I got a message about possible malware on my site: “There’s a high probability that your website has been compromised, as critical files show signs of infection. Take action now by ordering malware removal from our experienced security specialists.” The first thing I did was start a Malware Scan, it was all running ok until I got to the “Curing” step, it’s been there for about 8 hours showing crazy porcentajes, 85420%, 95452% and going up… Is that normal? Should I stop and start a new scan?

    Hello @pachobv,

    Please, re-activate the CleanTalk Security Plugin in a special way:

    • First, copy your Access key from the plugin settings: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings
    • Then go to WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → enable the option “Complete Deactivation” → Save Changes.
    • WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate again
    • Paste your Access key back and save the plugin settings.

    Then clear your website cache. The next scan should run without any issues after that.
