# cURL error 6: could not resolve host: https

 * I’m able to successfully connect to my client’s shopify store, but when trying
   to sync, I get the error `cURL error 6: could not resolve host: https`
 * I went through all the steps on your Common Issues page, including deactivating
   all plugins. After trying to sync, I get the same error.
 * When I try using a short code, I get this error:
 * `TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.`
 * Any ideas as to why I’m getting this error?

 * If you see this error it’s because you accidently left the `https://` part in
   your myshopify.com domain. This error can also happen if you keep the `www` part
   as well.
 * I’m working on fixing it for the next plugin update.
 * Just reinstall the plugin and connect to Shopify without `https://` or `www` 
   in your myshopify.com domain.

 * I have this exact error and have made sure it says https:// and there is no www.
 * I’m using the newest version of WordPress. Could this be the issue?

 * I should also note that at the end of the setup wizard I just see a blank white
   screen. And if I try to amend any settings and save, it shows a blank white screen
   as well.

 * Hmm ok. Just to be sure, try downgrading to the previous WordPress version if
   you can so we can rule that out.
 * I’m assuming the blank white page is related to this other issue, and usually
   when that happens, it’s because the plugin’s JavaScript isn’t loading for some
   reason. I would try temporarily deactivating all your other plugins to ensure
   there isn’t a conflict happening.
