Doesn’t seem to work too well when used with Woocommerce Prices by user role.

In fact it doesn’t work at all.

When a 12.5% discount is applied using the above plugin US$ price is $22.74

When switching to Eastern Caribbean Dollars with a conversion rate of 2.7 applied the result is $168.00 (EC). Obviously not quite right there.

With no discount applied through Prices by user roles the plugin seems to perform as expected.

Due to the nature of our pricing structure and membership (user) roles, for us, this is an important consideration to enable us to show discounted prices in local currencies as more than 50% of our clients use “offline” payment methods and an accurate figure, in local currency is (or would be) most valuable. A lot of our clients cannot do simple math when it come to currency conversion.

I look forward to your comments.

    Thanks.

    No Problems here.

We’re now using “Dynamic Currency converter” which puts a small slug of code in each page of woocommerce, converts in real time and uses the discounted price displayed in our shop – not the base price in woocommerce.

Seems to work with no issues and only reverts to the base currency price on checkout. Orders, later, are displayed in both currencies.

Seems to work well in woocommerce.

    Hello
