# Currency switcher plugin error

 * Hi,
 * installed currency switcher plugin and it works great on Chrome. Meanwhile on
   Chrome incognito mode, Internet Explorer and mobile after switching to other 
   currencies I got error message: “ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be 
   sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.”
 * Please advice. Will appreciate.

 * P.S. A quick update. Deactivated plugins one by one and it seems WP-SpamShield
   causes the problem.

 * If you’ve having any issues with WP-SpamShield, please see the [Troubleshooting Guide](https://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/troubleshooting-guide/).
   It may be related to [Troubleshooting Guide Step 9](https://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/troubleshooting-guide/?step=09#step_09)
   or [Step 13](https://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/troubleshooting-guide/?step=13#step_13).
   You should be able to easily fix the issue without deactivating the plugin.
