# Current version updated?

 * My WordPress says I have version 2.9.3.
 * Here site says that is the latest version and that it is last updated two months
   ago.
 * But when I check files on my host, all files are dated on 19.06.2024. That is
   whole year old.
 * How this can be?

 * Hi, the [Development tab](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/#developers)
   provides multiple options for viewing a plugin’s changes, including the changelog,
   a development log, and even browsing the code directly.
 * Generally, WordPress is good about notifying you if your plugins are outdated.
   However, if you are unsure whether you have the latest version installed, deleting
   and reinstalling the plugin is recommended.
