 * Opening ticket as requested from the comment here.
 * Yoast is causing issues on my website as well (seen here). It causes content
   in the editor to not be seen, but can be seen if I click the preview permalink.
   It also causes the buttons for my page builder (WP Bakery) to disappear in the
   editor mode. I can only access from the site itself using the frontend editor.
   It happened after updating to the most current version (20.13). Wish I could
   find the old version until it’s resolved. Until then, I have to de-activate it.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcurrent-yoast-version-breaks-editor%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@maybellyne](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maybellyne/), the post is
   actually published [here](https://thecomicbookspot.com/hawkgirl-2/)…

 * The Yoast block in the editor:

 * This is all corrected when I deactivate Yoast, or as [@downrangemedia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/downrangemedia/)
   did, I roll back to 20.12.

 * An update: Re-updated to 20.13 this morning since Premium got disabled when I
   rolled back to 20.12. As of now it looks like the issue went away. It could have
   been another plugin that caused this, but I can’t be certain.
 * I have the same setup/combination on 3 other wordpress sites, but had no issues
   there. Just another one of those mysteries……..

 * Hello [@grandadmiral12345](https://wordpress.org/support/users/grandadmiral12345/)
 * Thanks for the very helpful screenshots. I see that you are experiencing a blank
   meta box and not using the default WordPress content editor. Though you have
   rolled back to v20.12, and everything works fine now, we recommend using the
   latest version to avoid missing out on bug fixes and product enhancements.
 * As mentioned by [@downrangemedia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/downrangemedia/),
   there could have been a plugin conflict. Also, you should ensure that WordPress
   and other plugins and themes are updated.
 * Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The
   fastest way to rule out any conflict is to **deactivate all non-Yoast plugins
   and switch to a standard theme** like [Twenty Twenty-Two](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentytwo/).
 * Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not,
   we recommend using the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which **does not affect normal
   visitors to your site**.
 * If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a
   step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: [How to check for plugin conflicts](https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/).

 * Hi [@maybellyne](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maybellyne/). I’ve pretty
   much tried all of this and the problem only occurs with the Yoast plugin… on
   both of my two sites. There’s apparently something up with multiple people having
   issues with 20.13. If your response is the final action with this other than
   taking into account what others are saying about this version, then I guess my
   next step would be to find a new SEO plugin as Yoast 20.13 is not being reinstalled.
