 * Wondering if there is a way to create a custom field that would be a simple custom
capcha. Like a simple math problem or something, with a custom answer, and if
you get it wrong it just won’t let you create an account.
 * For whatever reason, I’ve had thousands of fake/bot accounts created on my website.
I have captcha added and turned on, but apparently I either didn’t do that right
   or I need something more.
 * I’d like to make a question that users have to after before registering that
only our community would know and if they don’t answer it correctly, they can’t
   register.
 * Is there a way to do this either with the free or paid version?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcustom-capcha%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hello [@natenaterollerskate](https://wordpress.org/support/users/natenaterollerskate/),
 * Unfortunately what you have requested is not possible. You have mentioned already
using our **reCAPTCHA** feature. With the **reCAPTCHA** field, you can try using
the **V3** implementation since this is the newest one, which is invisible (doesn’t
require user action) + it should be more secure than the other implementations.
You can read more about this [here](https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/manage-user-fields/recaptcha-field/#reCAPTCHA_v3).
 * One other thing that might help with the spam registrations is increasing the
   Score Threshold.
 * **Note: **When it comes to the score threshold, it should not be set to 1. This
score is being calculated by google based on how likely it is that the current
user is human. This value almost never reaches exactly 1.0.
 * If you wish to increase the value from 0.5 (default value), you can check your
google cloud console to see the scores of each of your log-in attempts as well
   as an average score.
