# Custom checkboxes

 * I’m wondering if the following is possible. When a user is leaving a comment,
   is it possible to have two checkboxes which if checked (one or both) a notice
   will appear with their comment that shows they checked those boxes? An icon or
   text would appear below their comment or beside their name. Thanks.
 * Example:
   A checkbox labelled ‘I attended the event’ that will put ‘Attended’ (
   or an icon) in the commentA checkbox labelled ‘I purchased a product’ that will
   put ‘Purchased’ (or an icon) in the comment

 * You can create custom fields in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page. 
   Just edit the Form and Add fields as you wish. You’ll need to enable the “Display
   on comment” checkbox.
