Custom code or WP-Triggers plugin?
-
Hoping someone can help me figure this out. I want to have a simple form, using email address and zipcode, to then determine which of two pages users go to. If they have one of perhaps 5 zipcodes, they go to one page, else they go to another.
I see that there is a plugin called WP-Triggers that does this, but I’m worried that it doesn’t seem well-supported, even on the paid version webpage at webdesignersacademy.com. There are no answers to support questions, and there seems to be lots of comment spam. So I’m worried about being dependent on a plug-in that may eventually not work.
Would writing something like this be difficult? If it were an html website, I think I could do it fairly easily, but in WordPress, I am stymied. It almost sounds like a custom function, but being not much of a coder in php, I don’t know where to start.
Any feedback on the plugin and/or the basics of how I would code this in Thesis 2, or just in general?
Thanks so much
