 * first, thanks for this wonderful plugin.
 * i’m not a php developer, but it is quite easy to use this json-api with custom
   controller to build eg: a singe page app. also the api design is very good.
 * what i need (and not found in www), is a way to set the http status code at custom
   controller. depend from some rules. i want set eg: 403
 * i play with:http_response_code(403); but this result also as http 200
 * every imput is welcome
