 * Fantastic plugin. Works really well on the sites I’ve tried it on.
 * Could you give me an idea what custom CSS I need to make the bar height larger,
   as well as increase the font and icon size a little?
 * I’ve changed it to work in CSS, but just can’t get it quite right for custom 
   CSS!

 * Sure – the id for the bar is #click_to_call_bar
 * You can change the height and line-height to make it taller. You can also change
   the font size.
 * You might need to put !important after it.
