 * just installed wpgform 0.58 to try it out. I am having problem with custom CSS
   not taking effect when applying on the specific form. When adding in general 
   settings for the plugin same rules work. No big issue.

 * When you add your rules as form specific CSS, do you see them output in the raw
   HTML? They will show up in a different place in the raw HTML when they are included
   in the global custom CSS versus the form specific custom CSS.
