• Hi folks. I had gone into the Our focus section and added the “custom html” widget (3 instances). I assigned classes and was targeting these classes in the additional CSS section. Last night I went to update the html and css – and for some reason, the wrapper I had assigned a class to was not seeing the CSS I had added. I looked at it in Chrome’s developer tools, and the newly created div was there, but there was no CSS assigned to it. I checked and double checked my syntax and all was good. So I wiped everything out and re-added some custom html to the widget and new CSS (using all new class names), and now none of the custom CSS is being applied to the new html I added in the widgets. Again I checked and triple checked my class names, syntax, html, etc and tried it outside of WP and it was working fine. I understand WP just updated a couple days ago…could it be this? Did the ability to add custom CSS to target the custom html in the Our focus widget go away?

I ended up adding the CSS in a <style> tag in the html widget itself and that works, but obviously I don’t want page level CSS – I want to be able to target the html in the “additional CSS”. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Thank you!
