# Custom default.php template issues

 * Hi,
 * my apologies for the many questions. I have one more, not urgent though. Merry
   Christmas to the team.
 * 1. i duplicated the List view temaplate from [https://karvo-immobilien.de/immobilien-bremen/](https://karvo-immobilien.de/immobilien-bremen/)
   into a new called: Bremen2
    2. i copied the main default.php to the personalized
   one cp default.php ../../../onoffice-personalized/templates/estate/default.php
   3. I checked the file permisisons and ownership and they are like all other files
   4. i created a new wordpress page with the duplicated List view Bremen2 – all
   is fine. 5. Now i change the template of Bremen2 to: onoffice-personalized/templates/

 * The error has been fixed. The folder “form” and the file “fields.php” were missing
   in onoffice-personalized.
