 * I created a form with 2 text fields and a dropdown field.
   I would like the contents
   of the text fields (filled in by the visitor) to be listed as options in the 
   dropdown menu.Can anyone tell me how to do this? 🙂

 * There’s no option to dynamically populate Select fields by the user input, I’m
   afraid.
 * Implementing this would require additional custom programming, which falls outside
