 * Awesome plugin you have, and it’s working perfectly fine.
    I just have a suggest
   I would like to pitch; The Error Message.
 * Default error message says, “There are no shipping methods available. Please 
   ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need
   any help.”
 * Now may we please be able to change this, and have a custom massage like, “Please
   make sure your order above $10 or more..” or something??
 * Thanks.
