    Pradeep,
    i’ve buyed your ticket system, and it’s awesome, i’m not in a position to complain about it. I’m only missing a thing that other ticket plugins have, and that is pretty useful, that is:
    -Custom Fields for tickets
    -Filter by custom fields
    Also, another suggestion/question would be:
    Would be possible to add a dropdown or list custom field, and import content? i.e: list of products, countries, etc

    If you have planned to add this on a new version, please i will strongly wait for that.

    You are right that I have planned for custom fields but not started yet as I am little busy with few customizations. I hope I will complete this within 15 days approx and let you know once it available.

    Hi there,

    Custom fields is included in pro version in v4.4 now.

    You can add any number of text fields.

    For drop-down custom field you will need customization, which I can provide.
