    i’ve buyed your ticket system, and it’s awesome, i’m not in a position
   to complain about it. I’m only missing a thing that other ticket plugins have,
   and that is pretty useful, that is: -Custom Fields for tickets -Filter by custom
   fields Also, another suggestion/question would be: Would be possible to add a
   dropdown or list custom field, and import content? i.e: list of products, countries,
   etc
 * If you have planned to add this on a new version, please i will strongly wait
   for that.

 * You are right that I have planned for custom fields but not started yet as I 
   am little busy with few customizations. I hope I will complete this within 15
   days approx and let you know once it available.

 * Custom fields is included in pro version in v4.4 now.
 * You can add any number of text fields.
 * For drop-down custom field you will need customization, which I can provide.
