 * I’m wanting to sell tickets for a kids camp, but need to collect info on the 
   lid coming to camp and also name and details of parent etc.
 * Can I add custom fields to collect all this information into the form?
 * What are the costs for this plugin and for the transaction costs?

 * The costs questions was simply whether there was a financial charge for each 
   transaction or for using the plugin.

 * There’s no charge for using the plug-in; whether there’s a transaction charge
   would be dependent on your payment gateway, but there’s nothing built into the
   plug-in.
