 * Does this plugin allow you to set custom form fields? Also, is it compatible 
   with either Ninja Forms or Gravity Forms?

 * Hello, thank you for your interest.
 * We are rewriting the administration part of the plugin at the moment, and then
   we will add more functionalities, like custom fields. So at the moment, no. I
   believe such add-on will be ready in a couple of weeks.
 * About the compatibility with other plugins, I’m sorry, we didn’t test it yet 
   with such plugins.
