# Custom Forms

 * Does osTicket Connector have support for custom forms?
 * I’m rebuilding our systems “from scratch” and would like to use osTicket Connector
   as a complete bridge between WordPress and osTicket. However, we rely heavily
   on several custom forms, and I see no way of getting that information from WordPress
   into osTicket. Is this possible?

 * Yes it does.
 * But for now implementation of osTicket Connector based on the hook for wp_mail
   action and it means that your custom form have to send mail.
