 * i am using version
 * when i moved to https the forms stopped working
    i have re-saved permalinks, 
   reloaded plugin with master files, removed other plugins and tried with theme
   2015
 * in all cases the error
    Custom Contact Forms is experiencing issues. There is
   an issue with synchronizing data. Please try the following:

 * seems to be fixed when i removed www on settings for webiste url
