Custom frontend post submit form

Hello,

I wanna create a simple page with a simple form on it that acts as a post when submitted. I won’t need the title though, is there a way to skip it?

and I’m gonna need custom fields such as datepicker.

What is the easiest way to achieve that? with or without plugins.
