# Custom Functionality – Developer Required

 * I need a plugin that performs the following actions, please contact me for any
   additional information:
 * 1) Registered users submit their website URL during registration and this is 
   stored in the Users table on the WP Database.
    2) Cron runs on schedule (we’re
   aiming for twice a day), whereby it crawls all the URLs in the Users table, checking
   for a predefined snippet of code (most likely an `<a><img />...</a>` tag). 3)
   Cron reports back to custom module and applies the following rules: 3.a) IF snippet
   IS present, DO NOTHING 3.b) IF snippet IS NOT present, change user role (in our
   case it would change from MEMBER to NEW MEMBER based on the roles we have set
   up).
