custom header image resizing

    (using wordpress 3.0.1 and p2 theme latest versoin {maybe})

    (1)the header image sud be 980*120 px but i want it to make other sizes like 980*70 but cant do it.

    (2) i want only ‘status update’ i dont need blog post,quote or link but dont know from where to remove these code

    (3) dont want the box ‘tag it’ under status box.

    (4) and want to renmae
    Toggle Comment Threads,Keyboard Shortcuts and permalink to something else
