 * I’m using this plug in because I need to have images next to radio buttons as
well as a field for passwords and have that field be validated and this is so
far the only form plug in I can do both. However, using the Custom HTML option
there is no way (that I have found) to give the forms unique IDs so they both
   are just ID 0.
 * I would like them to have separate IDs because the data is being sent to a database
and it would need to be organized. Any ideas?
