• With the new WordPress updates, our custom HTML has stopped working. When I preview the page, I see everything perfectly. However, when I go to the webpage on another device, I can’t see the custom HTML. I have deleted and re-added the custom HTML, and added W3 Total Cache. I have not been able to identify what else I need to update to make this work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It should display our adoptable pets. I have a screenshot of the preview but I am not sure how to post that here.

I added the script you provided using a core custom html block in a post + page using neve theme and the list of pets displayed similar to the screenshot you shared.

be sure your script code does not have any odd or extra characters.

Maybe there is a plugin or theme conflict.
Try this: install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme might help narrow down the source of the issue

Thank you. I tried to add the plugin but the option to see them on the menu is gone now. I updated plugins a few days ago and now I cannot see them.

Hello again, I have re-checked the code and ran the health check. Nothing has updated. If there are other suggestions, let me know. Thank you.

    >using troubleshooting mode in health check plugin — did you deactivate current theme and *all* plugins.

    >is it possible to ask the organization that supplied the script you are trying to use for assistance?
