# Custom HTML widget doesn’t display

 * I’ve just created a new website and I have a problem with custom HTML widget,
   it shows nothing. I’m sure that there’s nothing wrong with the code, because 
   I have another wordpress website where I used exactly same code and everything’s
   fine there. Theme is also same.

 * That code includes a script. Is it being served from the same domain as your 
   site?

 * No, it’s not. I found out the reason, my old website is http and the new one 
   is https, the old site is displaying without any problem but the new one is blocking
   it, saying: “this page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources”.
   I guess, there’s nothing I can do with this right? I really need this widget

 * Yes, that’s the problem. You can’t embed HTTP scripts from an external domain
   on an HTTPS site.
