   asked me for the following response when a post published for notification of
   app.
 * Parameters List :
    1. NEWSID : “News ID” 2. CATEGORYID : “News Category ID” 3.
   TITLE : “News Heading”
 * API Response :
 * {
    “ID”: “65239”, “CATID”: “9”, “TITLE”: “CALLPLANETS APPS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”}
