# Custom JavaScript download tracking

 * Hi Fabian,
    download tracking with Google Analytics doesn’t work for downloads
   done from the File Browser (i.e. the ones done from the post who’s ID is specified
   in the File Browser Settings screen). The necessary scripts I added works fine
   for all other downloads done by a different means (i.e. link in page to a document
   in the uploads folder).
 * Also, in the list of features of WP-Filebas I see “Custom JavaScript download
   tracking (e.g. Google Analytics)” and I tried do find this topic in the documentation
   to fix the issue, but I didn’t find any reference in it.
