 * I removed the sidebar from all pages, and now I want to adjust the width in Custom
   CSS. I am new to code. Can you help me?

    Why not choose full width page template 
   in page settings?

 * Silvershine, you can adjust each page’s template while editing a page. If you’re
   running WP 3.8 it should appear on the right sidebar while editing. Select the
   page template (change from Default to full width)

 * try setting width of the page using css,if you want to display to 1 page,
    else
   make a new page template and enjoy
