CUSTOM PERMALINKS

I am using Business Directory Plugin which is a great plugin, but the only problem is I am unable to set permalink for listings on my website http://www.realkhoj.com. Is it possible to set permalink for ‘LISTINGS’ like http://www.realkhoj.com/%Directory Category%/in/%locality%/%city%/%listing name%/ and similar for ‘Directory Category’ like http://www.realkhoj.com/%Directory Category%/in/%locality%/%city%/
