multisite

Hi there. I’m newbie.
Im using a childtheme and i have made several changes in style.css and some .php files. I’m using multisite and i have 5 subdomains.
I need to make some extra changes to each subdomain. How can i do it???
I can’t find a way..
Theme Editor is enabled only in network dashboard and every change has effect in every subdomain.
