Custom Post Archives Missing from sitemap xml

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.4.2

    Hi, would like to say first great plugin.

    I currently have archive templates set up for custom posts on my site. Which I have made accessible as pages via a custom menu. For all intents and purposes the archive pages appear as individual pages.

    They do not show up on the generated sitemaps. Is there anyway to include these pages?
