Custom post types and next/prev link

Hello everyone,

I’ve created a custom post type for my portfolio items. This all works fine, except I can’t get the next/previous post to work. The rel=”next” and rel=”previous” aren’t in my source-code either.

Does anybody know how I can enable this for custom post types?
