# Custom Post Types Custom Fields

 * Can I modify the title field in a custom post type. My type is football players
   so instead of ‘title’ I would like there to be three fields in one line, a ‘Number’,‘
   First Name’, and ‘Last Name’. Is this possible?

 * You mean, when you create like a normal page, there’s the title tag for that 
   page? If that’s what you mean by title, then of course!
 * Yes, it is possible.
 * You could use the title tag or not. I think, in your case, I would just add 3
   fields and then, in CSS, display them side to side.
