 * I have a question about a custom Posts page I want to do. Posts page meaning 
   an actual blog individual blog post.
 * is something like this possible with wordpress, meaning how you scroll down on
   a desktop and the elements pop out as you are scrolling:

 * I’d like to be able to add custom code to my posts with tags that will identify
   the separation points from right to left.
 * Something like adding <custom code> to the actual post and then having it alternate
   from right to left.
