 * I really like your plugin. I need to clarify one thing. For my new blog I’m using
   custom posts as content and could you please confirm that your plugin work with
   custom content types ?

 * Breadcrumb NavXT supports custom post types to the same extent that WordPress
   core does, and has for quite some time. Is there some specific configuration 
   that you intend to use are are worried about?
